About our church
Second Chance was started under the direction of the holy spirit by Dr. Wesline Valentin in 2011. She received the call to move from New Jersey to serve the people of Orlando and nearby cities. Second Chance is a deliverance and prophetic ministry where you'll find healing, refuge, and breakthrough.
What to expect
You can expect first and foremost to have an encounter with God. We believe in the power of prayer and the word. You can expect the move of God at every service. At Second Chance you will find a family atmosphere where you will grow in knowledge of the word and develop your spiritual gifts.

Dr. Wesline Valentin
Senior Pastor
Dr. Wesline Valentin received an Honorary Doctorate in Divinity from Agape Bible College. She also has a BA in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from Rutgers University in N.J. In 1997 she graduated from Lighthouse Christian College with Bachelor's in Theology and in 2007 was ordained as a Licensed Pastor. Dr. Wesline served for many years at HPC in NJ where she was Sunday school superintendent, youth director, and played a major role in establishing churches. She is currently the senior Pastor of Second Chance International Ministry. Dr. Wesline is also the co-founder of an intercessory prayer ministry called Hallelujah Ministry and serves as the VP of the Radio Ministry. The prayer line is daily and interacts with members in the United States and internationally. Dr. Wesline is the Editing Director of Revelation Bible Institute Christian Center School of Theology. Withholding nothing, Dr. Wesline gives herself entirely to ministry to obey the Lord’s calling upon her life.
Pastor Rosele
Associate Pastor
Pastor Rosele Francique graduated
from Emmanuus Theology School in Haiti in 2003 and graduated in 2019 from IFTS Seminary school with a Bachelor’s in Theology. She attended Science du Development in Haiti and graduated from
Nursing School as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2013. She acquired Leadership Training and Ministerial Classes from L’Eglise de Dieu du Dernier Temps . She was responsible for Les Mélomane spirituelles which was a group designed to organize Crusades and Mission Trips in Haiti. Pastor Rosele was responsible for the Youth in L’eglise Penticostal Unie and was part of the Women's Ministry at EDPNJ and where she started a singing group called “Alléluia“. Pastor Rosele was a Sunday School Teacher and played an essential part of the Missionary Group. Pastor Rosele is the co-founder of Alleluia Ministries International. She founded and serves as the President of the Radio Alleluia Ministry. Pastor Rosele is also a Psalmist and a songwriter and currently has 4 albums.
Pastor James Novembre
Associate Pastor
Pastor James Novembre is a fervent servant of God who gave his life to Christ in 1994 at the Apostolic Church of God of Fontamara under the leadership of Pastor Leroy. He assumed the role of President of the Youth Ministry at Ebenezer Church of God, where he preached until 1998 under Senior Pastor Guy Celestin's leadership. In 2017, he earned his diploma in Theology from the Bible Institute of Grace. Pastor James has undertaken various training programs, including Leadership at the Council of Evangelical Churches of Haiti in April 2009, World Relief focusing on stigmatization and discrimination in 2008, Public Administration/OSPJDC in 2014, and Governing Administrative/OSPJDC in 2018. He diligently served as Assistant Pastor at the Association of Saved by Grace from 2004 to 2021 until his relocation to the United States of America. In December 2022, Pastor James embraced a new chapter in his ministry, joining Second Chance International Ministries in Orlando as an Assistant Pastor.
